Terms and Conditions
All prices are listed in CA dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a discounted price off the retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You may sell our products for a price in excess of the MSRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the MSRP without our prior written permission because, among other things, it may damage our brand.
A minimum order of $300 before tax is required on opening orders, plus the cost of shipping. A minimum of $100 is required for re-orders. We require three of each product to be ordered. This includes re-orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out.
Should you wish to purchase a single product to try before purchasing at wholesale, please contact us.
Please place your wholesale order through the wholesale portal. If you require access to the portal please send an email to and we will guide you through this process. Orders will not be processed until payment in received.
Our turn around time for all wholesale orders is 2-3 weeks.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment must be made at the time of order. Orders will not be processed, sent or delivered until payment has been received.
We accept Paypal, EMT and all major Credit Cards.
We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. If you are interested in sampling our products before a large wholesale order, please contact us.
It is the your responsibility to maintain a clean environment and replace tester products as needed. Should you need a new tester, please email us and we are happy to send them to you for a fee. Due to the nature of our products, displays should be away from any direct heat source or direct sunlight.
Should you require product photography for your social media platforms, please let us know as we are happy to supply you with photos of Essentials products. You are required to tag Essentials by Nature or the photographer in ALL photos we supply you with or photos you copy from our social media pages.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to within 48 hours of ordering.
Approval is needed to become an Essentials by Nature retailer. This allows us to determine proximity of other wholesale locations. You will only be authorized to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application. Exclusivity is given once a buyer has met and maintained a minimum requirement of annual sales. In order to maintain exclusivity, this annual minimum must be met. DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to ship. The products are normally sent through Canada Post or Canpar. Packages will be sent as expedited, with only base insurance of $100 in order to save our buyers on shipping cost. Should you require an alternate service or insurance coverage, please request at time of order. For environmental reasons we try not to use use plastic packaging.
All shipments are sent Monday through Friday, unless it's a public holiday in which case, orders will be sent out before or after this day.
A separate invoice will be send to you as soon as your order is ready to ship out.
Complimentary delivery within Edmonton and area on invoices over $500.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Essentials by Nature at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Please send us a detailed description of the damage and a picture of the damaged product via email. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt. No refunds or returns are permitted after this time period of 7 days.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time we are not taking on any more consignment customers.
